“ They do set menu and the prices are really good for the quality of food and overall experience. Every dishes we had: snacks, starter, bread, dessert, were all tasty, we were especially impressed with the chicken main. Brilliant staff introduced us to what's on our plates, not to mention the white wine that they recommended us was another best thing on the table. Highly recommend. ”
“ What a find! Travelling down to the south of France we we opted to overnight in Nantes having not previously been. Wednesday night proved to be a bit difficult as many venues appeared to be closed. However, the stars aligned and we booked ICI - looked good in the reviews. From start to finish, the experience was 'wow'. A contemporary, very stylish, quite small dining area with the open kitchen just visible off to the side. A 5 course no choice evening menu reflected local and seasonal produce. Imaginative food, flavor & texture combinations, skillfully prepared and artistically presented. The ultimate accolade was however in the tasting! Make a point of visiting Nates so you can come to ICI for a tasting extravaganza! If you live in Nantes - lucky you!! ”

“ Very much worth the money and time I spent here. The food was amazing and service attentive! My favourite parts were the appetizers. They were truly excellent. Rich in texture and full of flavour, yet everything was very well balanced to each other. The main courses were also very good, as is to be expected for a place of this quality. However I did find the two main courses a bit repetitive - chicken and fish are both white meats, and they were similar to each other (I would have preferred to have one red meat with higher fat content). The number of flavours were also not as creative and imaginative as the appetizers. I would rate the main course as of very high quality (certainly worth your money), but not as explosively good as a the appetizers. I really like where you went with the dessert: I do like desserts that have many kinds of flavours instead of just sweet, the dessert was sweet, milky, rich, sour at the same time, which I thought was fantastic. I personally would have liked a bit more sweet - the white cream had a milk kind of sweetness to it, but I would have liked some more sugary kind of sweetness on the plate too - maybe candied rhubarbs. Overall it was a very good experience. I'm not a chef, so my critiques above may be more about my personal taste; they were offered in the hopes the chefs at this establishment can even further their craft: for I am very grateful for the delicious meal they had served me. ”

The service was absolutely amazing and the food just played fire works with my taste buds. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone that visits Nantes. Five stars hands down. ”
